A WORD ABOUT OUR POLICIES Reservation fees ($30 per session) are due at the time you make your appointment. The reservation fee reserves a specific date and time just for you. When you keep your scheduled appointment, this session fee will be applied to your portrait purchase. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least two weeks' notice. RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP: All rights to, exclusive use, and ownership of negatives, materials, images, and reproductions therefrom are the property of Van Winkle's Creative Images and reserved by us for advertising, display, publicity, or otherwise. THREE EASY STEPS TO YOUR SENIOR PORTRAIT RESERVATION: 1) Choose the outfits and props you want to use for your session. A variety of casual, formal, sporty, etc. will show off the real you! Let us know how many outfits you've selected, so we'll know how much time to allow for your session. 2) Grab your family calendars and find some dates when you and your parents are totally free. You must be certain you can commit to the date and time you choose. Rescheduling is very difficult, and we don't want any conflicts with work, school, vacation, summer camps, or other sibling schedules, etc. 3) Have a Visa or MasterCard ready and call! Tell us what type of session you'd like to schedule and when, and we'll reserve the appropriate amount of time. All reservation fees must be prepaid (and will be applied to your portrait purchase when you keep your scheduled portrait session). Postponements may be made with at least two weeks' notice (but please realize that doing so may cause significant delays). |
